Never got into them. Only heard them a handful of times back in my punk days. It never grabbed me, seemed like pop punk at the time. Maybe I should give them another try.

Like I said I only heard them a handful of times, and the reference to pop punk, I just remember the vocals being very non aggressive for a punk band, and the music too, but that was a long time ago when I was listening to bands like dri, black flag, drop dead, aus rotten, armistice, slayer and the like.

they got more and more metal over the last couple albums (the ones i mentioned above). and they're outstanding musicians to boot!

I'm very excited for this new album, Propagandhi got amazing with Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes and has been getting better ever since.

Also I think the band refers to their music as "progressive thrash"

huh? I have always liked this shits. HOw to clean everything....is niiiiiiiice. Fave Melodic Hardcore/Punkrock album is still Strung out - suburban teenage wasteland blues though. Nice shits.

Old Propagandhi's pretty good, but the last few albums are on a completely different level.
