First match was pretty good already. I can´t make predictions cause I never watch football except for the euro and world cup. I´m rooting for germany of course.

Who are the favourites to win? I don't know much about football but will be rooting for Ireland who don't have much of a shot to make it to the knockouts. Good excuse to get drunk at the pub.

Honestly, the Euro tourney is just something to help with hockey hangover.
Where I live it's been NHL/NBA playoffs at every pub so I've spent the past couple weeks explaining hockey to my buddy from Bhutan so now he's going to fill me in about football. I don't need an excuse to get drunk brother.

I know what you're saying about the Irish thing though. The only reason I root for them is because my family name is Irish. Usually if Ireland isn't in the tourney I cheer for the Netherlands. St. Patricks Day in Canada is a fucking disgrace.

I had predicted a 1-0 win for Greece and a 2-1 win for Russia. Not too shabby for a start.

Netherlands not going to get far I think, though I hope I'm wrong. Living in Portugal as a Dutchie will make the final group game pretty intense haha.
