Thank you for the comment.
Cover art, I think we only see the endresult. They are not a band that releases one song for preview like a lot of other bands. I think we can expect to get it as a whole package.

Does anyone else think Devouring Famine is the best song on the album? I didn't totally love it at first, but I do now.

Does anyone else think that Diabolus Absconditus rates up there with Kenose and Chaining?

Phosphene for me. That breakdown with the bass and then those vocals. Buckets!

I quite like Diabolus Absconditus, so I have the feeling this ep will be right up my alley.

For me... "The Repellent Scars of Abandon and Election"

"I was beyond withstanding my own ignominy. I invoked it and blessed it.
I progressed even further into vileness and degradation. Am I resurging,
intact, out of infamy?"

Also does someone want to better explain the "trilogy" to me?

This is what wiki says but I'd like to read something more in depth.

They have recently completed a series of three concept albums which focus on the theological aspects of God, Satan and man's relationship with the two.

I think a lot of people feel that way about them.

Imagine death metal fans made a list of things they don't like about black metal. DSO don't do them.

I mean, I don't know what else to call that part because to me that's what it sounds like. Not like a deathcore or hardcore breakdown. Just a musical one.
