I still haven't received this and I'm dying to hear it. I could have probably bought it from a store by now. I sent a customer service ticket into Season of Mist but I have my doubts I'm going to hear back from them. Anyone know what I should do to find out what's going on with my order?

I placed an order for the CD and MLP on June 23rd; it came July 5th. I live in Pennsylvania.

I think they have a phone number somewhere on the website. In the meantime, you don't want to download it? The lyrics are up.

Yeah I pre-ordered it over a month ago and it said it shipped around the 19th/20th. I also live in Pennsylvania. Something's wrong.

I don't think my phone plan can make international calls. Do you know if they sent your package through the US Postal Service once it got to the states? If I could find out who the U.S. carrier was I could call them to see if there were any lost or delayed packages.

I did send SOM a customer service message, but they have yet to reply to it.

Because the one that NOEVDIA uses is absolutely perfect, I have a feeling SOM don't use them though (they're a french company, can't remember the name).
