Like 2 years ago I was totally new to e-bay and I was browsing for some t-shirts. I found his Cock and Ball Torture tee and I went "deeper" into the ordering process because I wanted to know how much the postage cost would be. And I pressed that commit to buy button (unintentionally). Then all hell broke loose. I didn't have any money left on my credit card that month so I was unable to pay for that tee. I said sorry to him like 5 times and tried to explain my situation but he didn't want to hear nothing, then he started threatening me and stuff. Tho I just contacted him about that DsO hoodie and his reply was normal and ultra fast. Maybe that day was just his bad day

does anyone make an actual quality band hoodie these days? all the ones i've ever ordered have been shit quality. thin material, fat in the body, super short length... i want one that fits like a quality hooded sweatshirt that you buy from say, a skateshop...

It surprises me in this case because he's a Finn, and all the Scandinavians I've ever interacted with had good English. But obviously not all people are at that standard. It's also a bit unfortunate in this case, as the intellectual and linguistic level of the lyrics he's performing is rather higher. But it's a small price to pay, as I think his vocals are generally excellent for the music.

I recently spoke with a Deathspell Omega fan who thought Mikko wrote the lyrics. I told him to read the ESL on the Northern Heritage Website and decide for himself ; )

He is one of my favorite vocalists, though. Despite still speculating that he wasn't on the album, the performance on Fas may be my all time favorite.

I don't see the issue. I know a few people who are physically incapable of pronouncing certain words the way they're meant to be pronounced (in English). I suppose maybe they just haven't practiced enough.

Yes, that's just a pet peeve of mine.

As far as pronunciation goes, it's not really the way you say; he often also pronounces letters that are silent, like the c in "descending" or the w in "sword". So I guess he just didn't get a great education. But no, this doesn't detract from the musical experience.
