It was a lot of fun. Jason and I are from the same exact part of London, so we had lots to talk about. They are great guys. I'm sorry that they don't seem to be doing anything at the moment. Hopefully that will change.

They've definitely delivered on their promise of a change of direction.

Those guitars are sounding pretty nasal though......

I like it. Sounds pretty distinctive both in the music and production, which is cool. As a stand-alone track it's a little hard to get a sense of the overall atmosphere or direction. It will be interesting to hear in the context of the full album.

I wonder if the first track is an intro, because I think this would be a little weird for an opener.

On my third spin now, I think I will like the weird vocals more when I read the lyrics of the song to get into the concept of it. I think this is a new level in terms of writing, really interesting influences even though it doesn't sink with me yet.

In terms of the production, everything is top notch apart from the guitars, what's with the thin guitar sound? Is it just me?

Karl's vocals remind me of In Their Darkened Shrines which is their best album imo... It's fucking GREAT.

Cannot wait for this to leak/come out.
