Can anyone here do animation?

I know we've got some artists here. I would like an animated logo for my production "company" to introduce the cattle video I'm editing. I would want it to basically look like this:


A red cell collides with a blue cell, turning first red then back into blue. Then text that reads "Assimilation: Complete Productions" or something like that. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. I think you guys are going to like what I'm working on. It's probably going to clock in around 45 minutes.
