the first 2 albums are really good, everything after that is a snoozefest. curious to hear new stuff.

and "nobody talks about them here" because, if you haven't noticed, there's nobody around here... :P

haha, true enough.

Black Cascade was a lot more linear but I'm hoping that this new album goes more in the Two Hunters direction as they said they want to lean away from the metal aspect. Oh well I am a fanboy I'm sure I'll orgasmaplode all the same.

I've never heard anybody say this about them, and they (Aaron at least) was a pretty down to earth guy when I talked to him. No haughty 'tude at all.

With that fucking dreadful album that was A Handful of Stars, I wouldn't blame anyone for doing so.

I'm pretty excited for the new album. Black Cascade was very good but definitely my least fav wolves album. Diadem is probably my favorite.
Malevolent Grain was also a really cool EP, but i never see it mentioned

Handful of Stars was pretty lame, But everything else Drudkh has put out has been excellent.

I agree, I really liked this EP but all the reviewers disliked it. I didn't see anything special about black cascade, but I liked everything else in the discography.

Despite the use of some Two Hunters riffs in Celestial Lineage, I enjoyed the record as a whole. Two Hunters is my favorite out their discography and Black Cascade is my least favorite. From what I have heard about their last show in my home city, they fucked up a lot of their songs. Disappointing...

It's a shame this band is judged so harshly when their newest album Celestial Lineage is as good as it is. I enjoyed the entire thing throughout. Like a lot of people I wasn't as into Two Hunters but I thought they returned to their most charming formula. If anyone is looking for anything similar but different I recommend Alda - Tahoma. I like Altar Of Plagues more, apples and oranges maybe... but I do.
