Ohhh, so everyone in Germany is a faggot?
Just like every type of beer has good and bad, there are amazing wheat beers and hefeweizens and dunkels, however, you wouldn't know shit about any of that.

one of my fave wheat beers. drank this quite a bit when I was in Europe.
Aventinus Hopfen Weisse. It's a Weizenbock collab beer between Schneider and Brooklyn. From BA "Schneider version. This brew is the result of the long friendship of Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler. Garrett had always admired the delicate balance of flavors in Schneider Weisse, while Hans-Peter had long enjoyed the effusive hop character of Brooklyn East India Pale Ale and BLAST! Garrett's concept for the collaboration was that each brewmaster would brew essentially the same pale, hoppy weissbock in the other's brewery, but with different hopping to reflect the local hop flavor. Dry-hopped w/ Hallertauer Saphir. "

I have some friends that use this. Not really a beer app but more of a "which bar should we go to" app. It's pretty cool. I'm not in the smart phone game yet...

I do. Pretty sweet little app, especially now that you can find local bars and people with it.

Untappd is just a beer tracker where you can check in to what you drink. It's four square for alcoholics and beer fanatics

Founder's makes amazing beer. Their Porter is one of my favorite Porters.
Last night I had Stone Vertical Epic 11 11 11. It's an ale brewed with Chipotle peppers and cinnamon. It was pretty good. |

Not sure how good that sounds. I can see it, but I don't know if I'd be into it. Stone makes really good beer, too.

yea i liked it, but it was like one of the last beers i drank that night and it was kinda sweet tasting, not like overly sugary just a little sweet, and it gave me a wicked hangover.

Did anyone mention Allagash? Their tripel (no, not triple, tripel) reserve was one of the nation's top 10 beers not too long ago. Belgian style beers are by far my favorite.

It's that time of year again!
Picked up a bottle of Pumking as well as a 24 of Smuttynose Pumpkin. I'm a happy camper.
