SUFFOCATION DVD UPDATE:

There has been many questions and much speculation regarding the release of, "Legacy Of Violence" There will be announcements made in the very near future, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, I thought it might be nice to fuel the flames of anticipation while also clearing up a little bit of speculation.

When isn't it worth the wait? I have never been disappointed by Suffo. I have been disappointed when they haven't been able to hit a venue nearby maybe once or twice , but NEVER by the material. As always I'm grinding teeth in anticipation.

still nothing about the dvd release... also Nuclear Blast won`t post any in the next releases section, well keep the mood...

as far i know Derek and Terrance will appear at the next DEPRECATE cd making their brutal riffs, ...Frank Mullen and Jonathan Davis (Korn) appears as guest vocals in the SUICIDE SILENCE`s album: "The Black Crown" check it in this link folks: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlm5D...layer_embedded

allright guys, I have a update to this DVD issue, unfortunately it's kind of bad news.

I attended Suffo's show in Aalborg, Denmark on Saturday (which of course was freakin' awesome). On stage Frank announced that the they had been screwed (that was the word he used) by those who were supposed to put the DVD together. Due to this they'll have to start from scratch, fortunately the raw recordings aren't lost.

So, it will still be released someday.

Thats sucks but looks like not all is lost. Hope the dvd comes before the new album.

Set up 2-3 cameras. Play a gig. Edit the footage together. Release a DVD. Include some music videos for extras.

Seriously, we should have 5 Suffocation DVDs by now, at least.

Also I'll pay double if the Frank drunk doing death metal karaoke with that girl's swimsuit shirt is included.

After reading this post and also a comment alluding to it on the band's Facebook, it appears that the band may have fallen out of a working relationship with Jon Bickford, the director of the movie (DVD). Does Mike still come here and ever update anything anymore?
