Black Metal in the summer? - Page 2

I feel like listening to bands when i feel like listening to them. Time of year/weather/etc has nil control over this, 99.9% of the time.
Occasionally on a bleak day i may feel like enhancing the mood with something bleak, but only for enjoyment. Not cos that's all i feel like hearing.

In some ways i think it's kinda cool to be like that though, for music to seem more right at certain times. Still glad it isn't like that for me however.

I normally listen to bands based on my mood, not the weather. Most of the time I listen to thrash/grind/death during the day and black metal/doom during the night. Not all the time but this is how it goes for the most part.

It's just not quite the same listening to Autumn Aurora on the way to uni in the middle of summer.
