Saw Act of Valor tonight. Needless to say the combat scenes were pretty amazing. The camerawork/filmography was unique and there's an atmosphere of realism even though a lot of it is probably a little exaggerated. Gets really poignant in the last act too; about half the theater was distraught (crying) by the end, and even I teared up.

The RT reviews slander its acting and cheesy looking villains and arbitrary shit like that but that's not even what's important about the movie. You guys should really give it a chance. You might be surprised.

I love the old hockey film Slap Shot! so gave this a try..was actually pretty
funny

And I usually cant stand that Sean Williams Scott muthafucker

Best line "I got two fucking rules. Stay away from my fucking Percocets..and do you have any fucking Percocets?

Another Cassel - Bellucci flick from 97.
Pretty rad, some cool camera work kind of a hollow story, though expected for a movie of this genre. worth watching if you're a Cassel fan I guess.

I've read about that before and it would be cool but I think the ending now is just fine. It leaves you in more of a wtf mode and you have to try and answer questions for yourself. Just my opinion of course.
