this isn't a complete song. It's a really rough demo, the drums were programmed on the spot and the guitars are pretty much raw, but it's all I've ever recorded.

I figured I finally post one of the only decent things I was involved with

I recorded the video on my old phone but this is my old band. I played "bass" for them. Guitarist was like 17 at the time, drummer 18 and vocalist 17 (no vocals on this though)



We ended up playing some hardcorey stuff after but kinda got lazy and stopped jamming. Theyre all still my broms and I'm jamming with the drummer this week again.

This is one of a handful of tracks I did with my buddy Bill (the drummer) and his band Bury the Memories right after I got out of the military. I'm on vocals. They already had the songs written, and I was a last minute replacement for their old vocalist (who was a textbook faggot). I re-wrote all of the faggy core lyrics and tried to make the presentation as death metal as I could.

We played a few shows, opened for Suffocation one night (they really enjoyed our set, a highlight of this experience) and afterwards, I left the band because their direction wasn't my cup of tea.

Anyway, I'd say this project was more or less "Unblessing the Purity" worship, and it was quite fun while it lasted. This track, "Inferno", is pretty heavy, but you guys will hear the outro riff (I refused to touch that piece of shit) and understand why I had to bail. Hopefully you guys can enjoy it for what it is - me getting back into the swing of things.

Your vocals are pretty good, clarity but still pretty heavy. The production is really tight. Drummer sounds good. I'm a sucker for terrible breakdowns/slams lately so I didn't mind the music that much.

Thanks for the compliments dude. Bill and the band were in the middle of recording that EP at a nice local studio when their old vocalist started bitching about not being paid enough. He was fucking awful to boot, so I took on the project (for free) as a favor to Bill.. I even paid some of the studio costs. Opening for Suffo and shitting all over their ex-vocalist was enough satisfaction for me.

Anyway, I posted that vid because it's the only one they've uploaded in HQ. If you're interested, check out those other tracks I mentioned on their reverbnation page. They're better imo, and I know the guys would appreciate your time and input.

Loculus: Groovy brutal death metal. Pretty self-explanatory.
