ANATA needs help with CD cover/t-shirt design

Hey you guys! There have been a bunch of talented people that have been mailing us about making our new abum cover. Since the ANATA members live far away from each other and are busy recording it would be very kind of you if you could send all your propositions to this e-mail address: pedalconny@hotmail.com. If your cover doesn't make the album cover we would be happy to print t-shirts instead if we like your design. Some working titles could be "The Darkest of Souls", "Machinery" and "The Part of Me That Had to Die".

Not very interesting, but any news coming from the Anata camp is good. This album is taking too damn long.

Anata has always had weird titles. "Under a Stone with No Inscription"?
"The Conductors Departure"? Both strange.

Those titles are better than most death metal titles. Like we need another title with references to gore or death.

I'm sorry, I love Anata's titles...but "Machinery", "The Darkest of Souls" and "A Part of Me That Had To Die" aren't too revolutionary or strange, either....

Oh well, I've always been prone to their lyrics anyway.

You're right. Maybe "Machinery", and they could give the whole layout a certain industrial or robotic feel? Not very original, but it's the music that counts.

Can't wait for this album.

I'm not big on these sort of contests though. I like when the art is tied in with the theme of the album and from the author of the musics point of view. Having someone else make your artwork based on a song title is like having someone else write the last few chapters of your book.

This worked out great for Bloodbath, maybe there's some undiscovered talent that will give this album the cover of the year. Plus, that means it's one step close to being released.

Honestly I think the new Anata album is going to be their best. The clips sound fantastic.

By the way, I think part of the delay with the new album has to do with Conny doing session work on the new Lions Share record.
