I accidentally labeled The Elected's "Sun Sun Sun" as the new Beach House album so I went about a week thinking they were this awesome beach/dream-pop band until I realized I was listening to a completely different band. That said I was a little let down when I actually DID hear Beach House but they're still pretty neat.

Josh Tillman - Vacilando Territory Blues

This is the drummer from the Fleet Foxes, but he's been doing solo work for a few years now. I'm only 2 songs in and this is absolutely fantastic. Slow acoustic folk stuff. Really nice.

beirut's new double EP comes out tuesday but it leaked a few weeks ago, and i really dig it. the electronic side in particular is fucking fantastic.
