Well I just emailed them now, after not receiving my order again yesterday. So far, I am not happy and will be seriously reconsidering ordering from CMDistro again.

Well suprisingly CMDistro were very prompt with emailing me back. Apparantly my order was only shipped out July 10th, which was reassuringly nice to learn. Still, I don't see why they couldn't have just emailed me on the 10th to tell me they shipped my order to begin with. Apparantly they only send out emails informing customers that they've shipped out their stuff if you order with them is over $40.

Well my Aborted "Haematobic" EP that I ordered from Century Media Distro finally arrived today. It only took 10 days...after they waited 6 days before shipping it.

Plus as a bonus they gave me some 2 track promo/sampler disk by some Deathcore/Hardcore/Mathcore band called Ion Dissonance from Montreal. It was pretty crappy to listen to...but it WAS nice of them to send me that as a nice little bonus.

And I also recieved a Century Media sticker which is now proudly stuck on my closet door.

All in all I must say, that I probably will order from these guys again. I just wished they'd have emailed me in the first place when they shipped my order. It would have saved me alot of anxious waiting and worrying.

Brutal bands has always been 100% good, Comatose is the same, I love ordering off Epitomite when they have their buy 3 CDs get 3 free, and Comatose is good too, and CDN, which is a Canadian distro ships fast as hell and is cheap.

I think Transient had problems with Ibex Moon before, but my order went very smooth.
My stuff was shipped on the same day (I received the notification after exactly 13 minutes), and even if the prices were extremly low, they included a Thailand-DM-split-CD for free.

order from relapse last week, hasn't arrived yet and it took them a week to send it out
afair they were way faster the last times I ordered from them, whatever

ordered also with some friends on monday from nuclear blast, they are usually really reliable, never had any problems, hopefully it arrives during next week

Their webstore has 2 Cannabis Corpse tshirts that I want. I WAS all set to buy their "Skullbong" and "Green Monster Bud" tshirts, but their online store doesnt accept credit card orders (you only can order through Paypal)....and overall, the place looks unsafe to order from.

*Sigh* if only I could buy their tshirts from a place I know and trust. I was able to score "Tube" off of CMDistro.com, but sadly they don't sell the tshirts there. Has anyone had experiance with Robotic Empire? If so how are they? Also if anyone knows where else I could get some Cannabis Corpse tshirts please let me know.

I was born and raised in the Philippines, haha there's definitely a good sized underground Metal scene over there. It's been a very long time since I've been back there though, country is awesome, lots of history and lots of really great tourist spots, but the government there definitely is among the most corrupt in the world and most people are mentally enslaved by the catholic church, there's just no progress, even to this day.

I ordered a t-shirt/CD combo pack for one of the split CDs Grotesque put out and I can't recall there being any flaws with it at all.
Most distros will ask you to list alternatives as it saves on having to chase you up in case they no longer have x CD or something else. Nothing dodgy about it. You can always just email ahead of placing your order to ask if they have got specific things in stock.

this has been probably 7 years ago, but i ordered a demo and shirt directly from dripping (sebastion i think), and never received anything from him. he also never responded to my email after that.

i also ordered a virulence hoody from one of the dudes in the band while he was at berkley and never got shit from them either.

fuck both of those bands.

Did you order by paypal or send cash or a money order? I tend to stick to credit card or paypal only transactions nowadays unless its in person at a show or fest.

it was probably money order or cash. i don't even think paypal was around back then and i was 16 so i didn't have a credit card. i had been ordering shit from folks with cash and money orders for a few years before that and never had a problem. it's just that those 2 fucks would rather steal a fan's money than send them what they fucking ordered.

This is true. My dad is currently living in Davao with his fiance, and he and I are partners in the buisness we got down there. Pretty sweet place, I like how it's chilled out and relaxed. They totally don't go at American speed there, it's kinda nice to get out of the ratrace like that...

Can you please explain exactly what the problem is? Typically our international customers never have to pay customs fees when their packages arrive. We make sure values are low to avoid these fees in our customs forms.

Has anybody here ordered the Carnophage CD from Unique Leader? I ordered a copy last August 21, and I'm aware of a delay in their receiving the discs, but they supposedly have them now. I still haven't gotten my disc and am growing perturbed wondering what's the deal... The best service is definitely Brutal Bands and Willowtip!
