http://download.yousendit.com/03A08ACF74114853 By the way your songs really inspired me to try and write some stuff again. Last edited by Djeez; 03-27-2008 at 10:49 PM.. |

I'm 22. @Djeez - that midi file is fucked compared to what I hear when I have GP open. thanks for checking it out though! what were you referring to that was better that was posted some time ago? something I did or something marlon did? the doomy stuff is cool too. some of those synths remind me of Floyd at times... but darker. finish it! I suppose Corpseifier is doing ok. It is not really a band, just me making songs every now and then. I do not even want to play live
People seem to listen to the stuff anyway, even with the shitty sound, which is cool. |

If you can't figure out powertab, you should try tabit... much more user-friendly for composing/writing...
http://freewebs.com/corystabs/tabit-2.02-full.exe copy and paste the link into your url bar |

Guitarpro > Tabit > Powertab in user-friendliness.

Tabit is a piece of shit. It's doesn't have standard notation and it's just harder to use IMO.
I prefer Guitar Pro over PT too because of drums and it's easier to play parts back. |

You're delusional if you think Tabit is easier to use than Guitar Pro. Space bar to delete? All the bars are divided into 4/4 and you can't change it? Palm muting you have to change to clean guitar? Shit program.

I never said it was easiER than GP, but, tabit is rather spartan and if someone can't grasp the concept of moving around the arrow keys and typing in numbers... wow.

TabIt rules for the fact that you can make notes so high-pitched that your comp just restart.
Other than that I never bothered with it. |

Tabit blows. The drums are cool, and easy to program but so is guitar pro.
Guitar pro has everything tabit is missing. |
