check out the lupe album i mentioned on the last page, some of the tracks definitely have a very 60s/70s soul vibe to the production.. i can't get enough of it!

Dälek
Wu Tang Clan especially GZA, Raekwon and Inspectah Deck
Cannibal Ox
Daniel Dumile
Kool Keith
Jedi Mind Tricks
old Nas
Saul Williams
Immortal Technique
Gym Class Heroes(they are fun to listen to from time to time)
some german hip hop artists like K.I.Z., Blumentopf and old Kool Savas

I'm definantly going to check out the stuff some of you have mentioned.

Anyone here into Non Phixion? The "The Past, The Present, And The Future Is Now" promo/sampler is one of the best hip hop records I've ever heard. Up there with GZA's "Liquid Swords", Ghostface's "Supreme Clientele" and the JMT/Army Of The Pharaohs albums in my book.

The Future Is Now is pretty good. Thankfully they let some great producers in on several tracks, cause Necro had a few mediocre cuts on it and him having full control over it would have probably dampened the quality. Btw, everyone should go check out the new Onyx album, Cold Case Files: Murda Investigation.

Mortal Kombat thing, Arsis videos, Married with Children, Zorb thing haha. This thread seems just as valid as the food thread to me. Plus, hopefully people would bump this thread instead of posting up some random thread about a slightly obscure hip hop album on a death metal forum. It's up to you though, I don't think anyone's going to have trouble sleeping at night either way
