Does anybody have any good beats or fill samples they would like to share? I know this must sound lazy but it would help me get started.

So when you do that bass drop you only need to program it in once right? Cause your right, it's sounds like crap through computer speakers, lol.
Anyways, here's the first 35 seconds of a song I've been working on. Keep it mind I did this without going through and mixing/equalizing every or any channel for that matter. It's just some of the samples FORBIDDEN gave me and this is what they sound like recorded just straight up off the program. http://s46.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1...E0NH9VHW4D8QYZ Last edited by ChAAPY; 12-24-2005 at 01:09 AM.. |

One thing I'd like to know...
How is it most easy and comfortable way for me to make drums for a record? ... i mean, if i record a song, can i put it into fruity loops, or do i have to save it as a mp3 file or something and use it as an mp3 file in ACID or something? |

Not sure what your asking there, but I think what you'd do is program the drums in fruity loops then export that to a mp3 or whatever file is best. Then add that into another program with your guitar/bass/vocal tracks.

what are some good "multi-track" programs?? I've been using Cakewalk:Guitar Pro 3 and/or a Boss BR-532 recorder. Looking to upgrade a bit, may not need to though.

Just a note, there is a better program than fruity loops for doing drums in that got passed on to me called leafdrums.
http://www.leafdigital.com/software/leafdrums/ It's very easy to get the hang of, and is much more suited to making 'real' drums rather than techno and shit. For example, triplets can easily made and tempo/bar changes are as simple as a click of the button. :D |

Is there a way to rig your keyboard as sort of a controller for FL?
