This is probably the first time I've heard of someone visiting the States for our beer. We do have some decent beer though.

Also try some Six Point, Brooklyn Lager, and Defiant. All NY beers.

Yes!! RESIN and BENGALI TIGER (?) are on the list, definitely!!
BROOKLYN beers are already exported to Brazil, including stuff live LOCAL 1 and some seasonal (PUMPKIM ALE, CHOCOLATE STOUT and the MOMSTER ALE).

Last time I was there, I think I was paying 2 or 3 dollars for a draft of St. Vitus. For that price, it's great beer imo. What else would you get for 2 or 3 dollars in Brooklyn? PBR?

And if you compare it to Manhattan prices, $8 for a Bud Lite, then it's definitely a great deal, but that might not be a fair comparison.

This is why I'm more likely to go to a Brooklyn show these days than a Manhattan one. $15 or $20 to get in, $3 or $4 for a beer, and I can usually find free street parking.
