Do the new casios have an 8 bit sound on them?

Well, I know a lot of the songs on guitar. like 75% of Mechanical Hand, 7/10 on r borlax, 7.5/16 on natural D, but sadly the only songs i can figure out all the way through on Desperate Living are Shapeshift, Arrive and most of Failure. It is way harder for me to figure out by ear on Desperate Living than any other CD. It just sounds a lot more raw or something and I can't make out the individual guitar notes half the time.

My favorite songs to play are Lord Gold Throne, Manateen, NYC, in the wake of the Bunt, Handsome shoved his gloves, Pol's Voice

I also have a pretty bossin camera. I'm trying to find the best vantage point so the shitty built on mic will pick up on the loudness the best, unless there are better (and cheap) sound recording alternatives

of course they do. there are more subtle variations of those waveforms than i know to do with.

i renounce my previous inputs into this proposed project. i'm terrible at guitar and even worse at singing. if this is ever comes to fruition, which i doubt it will like our previous joint ventures, you'd all be better without me. or i'll just poop on a microphone and record that, it'll be just as good

sometimes I play a tiny bit of keys on the side and I decided to try the first 5 seconds of that song and soon gave up forever. i'm a total scrub with keys though so it might be really easy.

anyway, I made a MIDI version out of my old "octopus on fire" files that I utilized to create the C64 cover version. Maybe somebody wants to play with them a little bit? :)

The MIDI file and the original SID version can be found at circuitsoldiers dot com.
