SPOILERS BELOW:

Machida isn't likely to lose for a long time. The UFC should have an easy time hyping him - the dude is undefeated and almost never gets hit. How couldn't you market that?

Other MMA news:

- Mirko Cro Cop is back in the UFC and fighting on June 13th @ UFC 99

- June 6th there is a STACKED Strikeforce card on showtime for free (if you have the channel) with Arlovski fighting Brett Rogers, Lawler vs Shields, Diaz vs Scott Smith etc.

- June 7th is the Urijah Faber / Mike Brown rematch on the channel "versus".

- June 13th is UFC 99 - Wanderlei Silva vs Rich Franklin, Cain Velasquez vs Kongo, Cro cop, etc.

- July 11th - UFC 100 is probably the most stacked MMA card in the sport's history.

- August 1st is Affliction's third card. Fedor and Barnett have apparently agreed to fight eachother. Other awesome matchups will be on as well. Mousasi vs Belfort we hear, and Syliva vs Buentello.

- UFC 101 = BJ Penn vs Kenny Florian, but more importantly, Anderson Silva vs Forrest Griffin at 205.

Oh and DREAM 9 is in just a day or two I think... May 26th maybe.

There is nobody in UFC's 205 division that poses a threat right now. Rampage already turned a fight with Machida down and so did Forest Griffin . Anderson Silva at 205 maybe but after his last performance i doubt it.

Shogun is the biggest threat IMO.

Page will be hard to knock down, but not as hard to outpoint. (for Machida)

He had just had two knee surgeries.

But yeah - he was absolutely embarrassing in that fight. My friends and I were literally in tears laughing. Worst fight I've ever seen in my life. If Shogun hadn't knocked him out at the end like that, Coleman may have taken the decision. Pathetic.

There aren't many better wrestlers at 205 than Ortiz and he couldn't hold Machida down. I think that Shogun or Rampage could get a really lucky flash KO, but 9 times out of 10 they lose. It sucks cuz I fucking hate Machida, but he is going to be champ for a long ass time.

yeah Machida looks unbeatable at the moment. I didn't expect the knockout to be honest, but man... crazy. Evans hardly landed a shot. Amazing stuff.

Shogun in GP form would smash Machida, imo. He looked unstoppable throughout that tournament. If he can get back to that shape, he's the best LHW in the world. We'll see how he looks in future bouts.

I think Rampage would have taken the belt from Evans, but I think it will be more difficult against Machida. Machida's style is perfect against Rampage's power style. I am kind of split.
