Shitty pic, but here's the cream cheese burger I made the other day:

I pressed garlic and mixed it with onion and chive cream cheese, and stuffed it inside the burger. I put Swiss and cheddar cheese on top, along with sauteed onions, and it turned out to be pretty fucking good.

Actually using butter and oil together is a great technique. It allows you to fry at higher temps without the butter burning, so you end up with nice browning and great flavour.
