Chrome has an ad blocker that works as well as the one for FF does now? Cause they sure as hell didn't use to, they all sucked. Time to switch back I guess.

Oh, I thought it was a feature that was in the settings...not something I had to download. I'm not a nerd so I don't know about this extensions stuff.

I never had to download anything additional to adblock in Firefox.

Ha ha, there you go quantifying things to fit your nerd narrative. Oh my god you are such a hurt person. Right click > block image. Sufficient for like 95% of people. I don't know when I don't want to see something until I see it. I don't know how many people need the "good" kind where you actually start listing domains or even IP addresses or even whether it runs on java console, flash, iframe, etc.

Either way, Chrome doesn't even have that function "out of the box", and that's what I think most people are looking for when you say "adblock."
