It's so nice to hear DF with some actual speed! I love talley's work with DF but the new guy fucking makes it that much heavier! Really digging the new album.

The only flaw is the production that could have been way more beefier....

I think Descend is my least favourite. It sounds pretty messy to me, and not particularly memorable. Weedly weedly.

I saw this and thought there were new studio vids or something. I think they are/were recording.

And I liked Descend quite a bit, I personally thought it was a lot better than WOA.

That's how I regarded it the first few times I forced myself to listen to it. Then I just sort of clicked with all the grooving going on, I quite enjoy it now. Just sounds like no-frills DF.

Haven't listened to the album enough to chime in, but what the hell is up with the production? It sounds like the guitars are drenched in that Metal Zone can-of-bees treble and the drums just sit behind the mix.
