NGD: Parker Deluxe Fly
Straight to the pictures:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It plays like a dream. The fretboard is liquid... it's amazing. Tonally it has the awesome acoustic property where it's loud while not plugged in. It's real stringy sounding... and I haven't even turned the piezos on yet. The acoustic sound is much better than I expected and I already expected amazing. And all in a package that weighs 4.5 pounds. The mods I'm going to do to it: new switches (they're a little scratchy and Parker is known to skimp on the switches) bypass switch to bypass the piezo and save battery life Seriously, get one of these, all of you. Sorry for the grainy pictures. I'll be taking pics of it again with a DSLR but I'm too excited right now to worry about that. |

Looks exactly like the one I have.
:) AMAZING guitars to play, don't throw it near your door. You'll get distracted and need to cancel plans, years down the track :P The Piezo pickups sound so scary real. I've used it for tracking on clean sections and had listeners asked what accoustic/classical guitars I used on the tracking... insane. The ammount of tones these things have is incredible, not only an ab/y cable (!??!) but when I used mine through nothing but an orange ad140, I was able to pull some really crazy sounds that remind me of alluminium necked guitars, and I've got one of those too... A seriously gorgeous instrument, congrats bro :) |
