Oh man! I´m seriously CRAZY about that guitar tone! One of the best I´ve heard in a long time! Goddamn it, I gotta talk to Wolfgang, that´s pretty much the sound we need!
I love the sick part with the speaking! Get a real drummer, haha!
oh by the way, how deep is that? A?

Yeah, its tuned to A. I'm pretty happy with the guitar but I think I can get a better sound from the equipment when I've learnt to use it properly. Its just not got the same heaviness yet compared to using a proper amp. Hopefully I'll get that eventually. I got your artwork today by the way. Haven't had a chance to look at it yet and we're off to Holland in the morning and then when we get back straight off on the Insidious Decrepancy UK tour. When that's done I'll crack on with the shirt design. I know a cheap place in Czech you can get them printed when its done.

They're cheap AND good, don't worry. The prelude shirts were made in the UK but they were really expensive. They worked out about £8 per shirt!

Cheers man, I really like that part too. Samples in the middle of songs always sound good.

Me too if they're done correctly. But the music you have underneath while the guy is speaking is what makes this imo. Of course the story he's telling is fucking sick. I've had this on repeat for like four days haha.

Cool man, glad it struck a chord with you. We desperate to start working on some more tracks but we're tied up with the Infected Disarray album at the moment. Watch this space though!

Cheers man. The hardest job now is going to be making it sound as different as possible from the Infected album because the song writing styles of the 2 are starting to blend together! Glad to see you've been snared by my subtle neck enticements!

I can imagine, as I guess you and Tom write a lot of the Infected stuff as well? Still, I think it's good either way, it doesn't matter that much if it's similar really.

What did you use for the guitar sound by the way? Did you end up buying a pod?

I bought a Boss GT-Pro for about £600. Its a rack processor that'll basically do a similar job to a pod. Not had much chance to play around with it yet but I've got a few half decent sounds on it. Hopefully I should get something I'm happy with eventually.

it'll be recorded with a second guitarist as well, and smith drummer man has his drum tech knowledge a little more honed, so it should sound even better!!!
can't wait.. if it sounds like it does in our heads, it's gonna be immense.

Have you got material for a full album yet then? Any timescale on when you'll be recording?

got all bar one final song complete, the last song has got guitars written for it, so probably another month with that.. drums are currently being demo'd and sorted out now.. we certainly want it finishing in time for the november tour, so we can at least take out basic cdr copies of it, like a tour 'exclusive' or something.. heh.
