Looking for an electronic drum kit...
I am looking for an inexpensive electronic kit, decently priced, new or used, from 500-1100 CDN ( about 450-1000 USD ). I am not picky about it's features except for one thing: THE TRACKING. I just want a kit that is good at picking up soft hits and drags and shit like that. Also portability is a plus, since I want to take it on the road with me because I travel for work and want to jam with my workmates. I was looking at the Yamaha DTXplorer.
What do you guys think? Last edited by Muscles McPantski; 07-01-2009 at 02:19 AM.. |

Hi,
This is Marlon. I just want a kit that is good at picking up soft hits and drags and shit like that. Also portability is a plus, since I want to take it on the road with me because I travel for work and want to jam with my workmates. I hear Roland E-kits are nice. |

Okay, I'd say you'd want to get a Roland TD3SW. That's not a lot of $$ to drop on an e-kit with features you might be looking for. Try and find a TD12 used.
